Coaching for Life is my online offering of a therapeutic coaching appointment.
Its a space for addressing those ubiquitous everyday life issues that we all face. In a world where everyone’s busy, take time to slow down, reflect and find solutions.
What did I learn in my own journey through life? That no matter how capable and independent you are, it helps to know someone’s got your back; that you’re seen, valued and accepted with all your human flaws.
Mine is a partnering role as together we work through the here and now life issues that are holding you back. No subject matter is off the table whether its improving communications and relationships, managing career change, relocation, divorce, work-life balance or finding your life purpose.
Coaching for Life helps you identify and clear current blocks, set future goals and create a plan using a combination of conversation, Brainspotting for performance and a coaching process called The Flow Game.

Hi Karen, I hope you’re well. I’ve been thinking of you as I’ve started to see the manifestation of me ‘including artistry as part of my career’ which we talked about in the Flow Game Coaching for Life session. So I wanted to let you know that last night I performed in a comedy show in a theatre in Bristol! 💖 I was invited to be part of co-creating it, bringing my constellation knowledge and practice. . Very fun and interesting! And I’m being paid! Thanks for encouraging me with this!
